My yoga experiences have ranged from Ashtanga/Power yoga, basic hatha yoga to Integrative Yoga Therapy which incorporate Ayurveda, to Yin Yoga and Qi Gong (also known as Chinese Yoga). It's said that what we teach mirrors what we are doing in our personal practice, and I find this to be very true! I am a certified Yoga Alliance Instructor, currently RYT 500.
